Joshua is a passionate educator specialising in middle schooling and experiential learning, with a particular focus on the power of Rites Of Passage programs. He brings a wealth of experience as a middle leader in the pastoral, academic, and ministry areas having developed and implemented educational initiatives that guide young people through their transition to adulthood. Joshua’s expertise includes designing and delivering The Rite Journey program at a large, single-sex all boys’ school, where he established an integrated religious education and formation curriculum at a specialised Year 9 campus. In addition to his work with The Rite Journey and his leadership in pastoral, academic, and ministry roles, Joshua has experience with the Heroic Habits program. This background enriches his ability to cultivate resilience, emotional management, problem-solving skills, and self-confidence in students. His educational philosophy is deeply rooted in creating impactful learning experiences that empower young men to navigate life’s challenges with strength and purpose. Joshua holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, which underpins his proficiency in educational theory and practice. His leadership extends to policy development and compliance, ensuring that his educational programs are not only enriching but also aligned with best practices in education.
