Current TRJ School: Palmerston Christian College
Emily is an educator of 18 years who has worked in a variety of leadership roles over the past 8 years in the Northern Territory.
After introducing The Rite Journey to her school in 2018, she led the implementation of the program in a small Christian school for the next six years before distributing the leadership of the program to other trained staff in 2024.
Emily has led multiple sessions of Rite Journey training alongside Andrew in the NT and has a passion for girls’ education and engaging girls in the Rite Journey.
As a mother of four boys, she has a heart to see young men well-equipped to understand their emotions and to develop skills to navigate their growth into adults. Living in the NT, Emily loves camping and planning a camping experience that challenges students and invites them to go deeper in their understanding of perseverance and relying on others.

The Rite Journey recognises and pays our respects to the First Nations peoples across this country, whose lands were never ceded and remain important to the living First Nations peoples today. In particular we would like to acknowledge Peramangk First Nations Peoples and their ancestral lands on which our office is located.
We respect and acknowledge Elders past, present and emerging along with the living cultures, spirit, and country of all First Peoples.
